White Trash Casserole with Doritos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and bell peppers until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cooked beef mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, followed by the meat mixture, and top with half of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layering with the remaining Doritos, meat mixture, and finish with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
