- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, corn, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, taco seasoning, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, followed by the crushed tortilla chips.
Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
