- 2 lbs ground beef or lamb

- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add the diced onions, carrots, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and beef broth. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
