Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.
