Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
In a separate pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
