Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the hash browns, followed by the cooked sausage and cheese.
