Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Dough the biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the beef mixture.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
