- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Add the onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large casserole dish, combine the uncooked egg noodles and beef mixture.
Pour the beef broth over the mixture and stir well.
Top with shredded provolone cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
