- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed crackers (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
