Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, cooked rice, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until well coated. Spread this mixture evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cracker topping is golden brown.
