- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas and carrots)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, mixed veggies, and seasoning; mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
