- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Grease a casserole dish and pour half of the oatmeal mixture into the dish.
Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the oatmeal mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.
