Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, 1 cup of cheese, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!
