Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
Stir in the diced potatoes, baked beans, corn, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
