Ingredients
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well
Add the diced ham and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture and stir until evenly combined
Spread the ham and soup mixture evenly in the greased baking dish
Layer the frozen tater tots over the top of the ham mixture in a single layer
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese over the tater tots
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving
