Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until cooked through.
Stir in the sauerkraut, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then mix well and remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, covering the bottom and sides.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Seal the top with another layer of crescent roll dough.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
