- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the beef mixture on the bottom, followed by corn, then half of the crushed tortilla chips.
Spread the sour cream over the chips and top with the remaining beef mixture.
Add the remaining crushed chips on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
