Ingredients
- 1 bag of Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Optional: jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes with their juices.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, followed by the beef mixture, half of the cheese, and all of the sour cream.
Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and jalapeños if desired.
