Ingredients
- 1 pound ground hamburger meat
- 4 large potatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground hamburger meat and onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
In the crockpot, layer half of the sliced potatoes, then add half of the ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle half of the cheese over the beef layer, then repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pour this mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
