Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle crushed cornflakes evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
