Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
Stir in cooked pasta and frozen mixed vegetables until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
