Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in cooked rice, green onions, bacon bits, and peas until combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
