Ingredients
- 12 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked sausage, cheese, diced bell peppers, and onion to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Fold in the cubed bread until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is golden.
Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, then cut into squares and serve.
