Ingrédients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Préparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then spread half of the cottage cheese mixture, followed by a layer of meat sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
Repeat the layering process, ending with noodles topped with the remaining meat sauce and sprinkled with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
