Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Mix well until combined.
In a large baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture evenly on the bottom.
Sprinkle the frozen mixed vegetables over the beef layer.
Top the vegetables with the shredded cheddar cheese.
