Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is transparent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, Italian herbs, cooked egg noodles, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
