Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
