Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, diced ham, ½ cup of Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
Layer the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish, then pour the cream mixture evenly over the top.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and remaining Swiss cheese over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
