Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth
Add the diced chicken, crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), green onions, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the ranch mixture. Stir until everything is well coated
Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture
Bake for 30 minutes, or until tater tots are starting to brown
Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and reserved bacon over the tater tots
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and tater tots are golden and crispy
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions if desired
