Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie works great)
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
In a large bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth
Add the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cooked pasta, green onions, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Mix until well combined
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly
Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden
