Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets (optional)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well
Add the diced chicken, frozen broccoli (if using), and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the sauce mixture. Stir until everything is well coated
Spread the chicken and Alfredo mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the tater tots
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
