Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of vegetables (like broccoli and bell peppers)
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and vegetables.
In another bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
