Ingredients
- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound Italian sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to a large bowl with cooked sausage, pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, bell peppers, and olives. Toss until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
